Full-time Customer Service/Inside Sales

Apex Color is a wholesale printing operation in Jacksonville, Florida. Celebrating over 49 years in business, we provide commercial printing and business forms for the trade throughout the Southeast. We are seeking a candidate for Customer Service and Inside Sales. This person will be responsible for calling prospects and customers to generate new business and manage existing business. Commercial printing and estimating skills are preferred, but a strong and assertive sales personality, with good listening and speaking skills, are required. 

Qualifications:

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 2 YEARS IN THE PRINTING BUSINESS.
• Knowledge of commercial printing.
• High school education, or equivalent.
• Competent reading and measuring skills.
• Knowledge of print production papers.
• Outgoing personality, comfortable making cold calls.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

 

Job duties/responsibilities:

1. CALL LISTS – Begin with qualified calling lists of prospects and customers.

2. CUSTOMER/PROSPECT FOLLOW-UP – Pick daily for follow-up and introduction.

3. CSR and Lead-Generator Metrics.

• Calls per day.
• Emails per day.
• Estimating hits per day.
• Quotas per week.
• Sales Kits per week.

4. Executive Contacts.

• Build relationships with key executives, owners, and major players in companies.
• Build relationships with inside sales and support personnel within companies.
• Follow-up emails and calls.

This is a full-time, on-site position, day shift, 8 hours.

Pay: $19.00-21.00 per hour, based on experience
