Missouri Bankers Association (MBA) is seeking a full-time Employee Benefits Account Executive to assist member banks and their employees with health and welfare benefits.  The individual will serve as a liaison between member banks and MBA Insurance Services staff.  Primary responsibilities include assisting members and prospective members in the identification of employee insurance needs, answering benefits questions, and establishing relationships with members in order to assist in selling and servicing insurance benefit plans. Product sales and service includes traditional group medical, dental, life, long and short-term disability, accident, vision, as well as individual benefit products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and the ability to prioritize and work under multiple deadlines.   Experience in marketing, sales, and benefits preferred.  The MBA offers excellent compensation based on experience.  Benefits include paid time off, paid medical, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, and retirement benefits.  Missouri Life & Health insurance license is preferred.  (If not currently licensed, you must be licensed within 60 days of hire.)
