Customer Service Specialist $1,000 Signing bonus! 30+ Days Paid Time Off to enjoy the beautiful Yampa Valley! As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience! Our ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, a team-oriented focus, and a desire to learn and grow with a professional organization. $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience. Plus Quarterly Production Bonuses!

Requirements:

We need you to: • Provide exceptional “hometown” customer service in person, by phone, and in written communication. • Handle multiple customers and queries at once and resolve issues as and when they arise. • Demonstrate high attention to detail with minimal supervision. • Learn and utilize multiple information processing systems.

Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience required. • Able to maintain customer confidentiality. • Strong time management skills. • Proficient in computer skills. • Become a Colorado Notary Public prior to completing six months of employment with YVB and able to maintain this commission throughout employment in this position.
